The character here - Becky - is also the high school band leader and they have just finished a fund-raiser selling a gazillion pre-ordered "band turkeys". :)

Mind you, this could apply to anyone (most of us females) who has finally finished Thanksgiving preparations and gets to Sit Down And Eat (without plunging a snoring face into the mashed potatoes and gravy. :D )
