As most of you know, my dear friend, Father Rick Frechette from Haiti, is in dire straits at this moment with horrendous rain and winds, not to mention colera.

His orphanage as well as many others are in desperate need of Gatorade and Pedialyte.

I offered to call the makers of those products, but Rick said both products are far HEAVIER and costs alot of money to ship, and offered his paypal account that will allow him to purchase what he needs, including Gatorade and Pedialyte.

What I'm asking all PTers to do is donate even $1. 100 people is $100!! ANY amount will go straight to Father Rick's orphanage and surrounding hospitals and people living in tents.

I love you guys alot and thank you for any help you can give this remarkable man.

Here's the info:

Donna, if you haven't already, maybe post this on FB, too! I'd be glad to pick it up from you and "share" it with all my friends on there. Help get the word spread out to more folks. Just a thought.

I just sent in a very small donation, via Paypal.

God bless Father Rick and the people of Haiti. It seems like there's one nightmare after another down there.

Sent in a dollar via Paypal :); It's not much, but I hope it helps.

I hope things get better in Haiti soon :(. They've had so much tragedy.

I am so impressed with what Father Rick does. It is just amazing how he serves the people of Haiti. He is right there, right in the middle of one disaster after another, doing everything he can to help. He is really a man with a big heart. This is one of my favorite You Tube video's showing what he does.

To do anything to help him in his work is a privilege and a joy. I just wish I was working so I could send him so much more that I can right now. My heart really goes out to those people in Haiti and what all they have been through.
