Walk, Wag, and Swim 2010 <pics>

Sorry for two picture threads in one night, I'm bored. This are from the "Walk, Wag, and Swim" they close a pool down for the season and let the dogs in to swim. I didn't take Skya because she's a chicken with people/kids and I wasn't sure if I'd ever catch her with all those "scary" people around. Killer loved it the most of course, he has the typical lab water-loving personality. I had to toss the huskies in ha ha but they had fun too, whenever they got out from the pool they went nuts running around it. It's a pretty large fenced in area, lots of room for them to run.

Keva kept hanging around when Corby was throwing balls in for Killer. She acted like she wanted to jump in too but she was never brave enough to do it.

Keva found a friend. These kids were crazy about Keva and Killer and kept playing with them. Keva was in heaven. Nebo didn't stick around us much, he was too busy running around the pool and begging for treats (some kid told me later he kept following her making her feed him treats :o )

:D Those are great Amy! It really looks like all the dogs had their own sort of fun (getting balls, treats or belly rubs!)

What fun! WOW look at all those dogs having a blast in the water! Looks like a LOT of labs and other retriever types (no surprise, eh?) That is a great idea, letting the pups in before it closes down for the season.

And the fun and smiles! I am so glad you took photos for us to enjoy! Great to see 3 of the 4 puppers.

Aw, Skya, you missed out on some treats, and now WE missed out on seeing you.

I love "zoomies" too, the action shots really let us see the huskies and what they can do. We saw Killer's action shot IN the pool, haha haaa.

Depending on the size of the "kid," can just imagine the scene with Nebo demanding treats from her!

Wah! Boo Hoo. I'm jealous. I don't think we have anything like that around here! But, your pics are so fabulous, I feel like I was right there too! Love Killer and your drowned rats!! :p Those 2, me thinks, might try to even the score!!!! :D

Great photos! I just love blue eyed pups in the pool... it makes their eyes pop! :D :love: :cool:

We have a city park with a small lake here where they let the dogs swim at it the day before they close it for the season too.
