If you do, could you please post the lyrics to it?

I cannot tell what language it is, heard some words that might be French or maybe it's Japanese ... no idea so cannot help!

I think it's Japanese. The three cans of cat food at the end - the labels look like Japanese.

Anyway, the music is not near as good as the video itself - that is a riot!!

It is Japanese; I am studying the language and I recognize some of the words.

I think it may be a song written specifically for that cat food commercial. The cat food company is Aixia, and the specific brand is, I think Kurokan.

You likely already saw this part of the translation:

English trans. (part 1) Whichever way I fall I always feel great
Jumping and bouncing
Boing boing happy to be alive! (fun fun let's have fun)
So much playing,
I'm hungry now I want to eat something,
What's for dinner today?
Aah Aixia Kurokan meow Happy, healthy and delicious Let's eat, Kurokan! Lala Aixia Kurokan, I love you I love Aixia, I'm happy Today's goodness is Kurokan

Japanese (part 2) A (A) I (I) X I A I wanna be a cat! A (A) I (I) X I A Allez, Allez Les Chats A I X I,A Way To Go, Hooray! Tamani ha iiko ni shitemiru kara Gochisou tabitai Gohoubi choudai ne, please! Aah Aixia Kinkan nyan nyan Lucky buddy rich na kibun Kinkan daisukiyo Lala Aixia Kinkan love you Aixia aisuruyo shiawase Kyou no gohoubi Kinkan
