Does your cat help you do Yoga? My cat Baxter does. I'm doing a back stretch on the floor and Baxter lays on my stomach like a weight. He actually helps by making me stay that way longer and my back pops real good.

I am not sure Orion helps me.... actually he is much better than I am. Must be the breathing technique;)

That is one thing All Cats do is stretch and exrecise their muscles at the same time.
