Here is Hanna the night I found her. We were biking and I stopped to rest after a hard hill, and I saw something moving. It was a kitten. There were no really close houses, and she was so skinny, we took her with us. We did leave our phone # at a nearby bar/restaurant, but no one ever called. She was so hungry, and her eyes and ears were filthy.

Before:

She's been here a little over two months. She had a respiratory infection that finally cleared up, and she's gained a lot of weight. Here she is on top of the cat tree, looking at her feather wand.

After:

Anyone else have before and after shots, or kitten >> adult pictures?

I love both pictures. Hanna definitely found the right home with you. The difference in two months is amazing, her colouring has developed so much :)

That really is a big change. I've had Tibby two months now and I don't think she looks much different from when I got her. She's a beautiful and you are both lucky to have each other.

Another odd thing - when we found her, the whiskers above her left eye were singed, as were her regular whiskers on that side (but not as bad as the above eye whiskers). They were very short, and curled at the ends - like burnt. They fell out afer a week or so, and grew back.

Aww what a cutie. She's lucky to have found you!

This is my before and after kitty, Pete. He's about three weeks old in the first one--his momma kitty vanished. He had URI too.

I can really tell with Hanna and Pete that their colours really developed...and they look sooooo lovely.

Tibby looks soooo lovely in both pictures, too, it is just harder to tell if the rings got darker, though her tail does look more detailed.

For all three babies, I am so happy they are in forever homes, with love!

Oh how sweet! It is so rewarding to see a cat get better in your care, you know? I'll have to dig through my pictures and find a before and after picture of my Marius. He was but a bag of bones when I took him in. So glad you rescued Hanna! She's a cutie!

Pete and Tibby are cuties also! I like these before and after pics! :D

I'm so glad that you found her. She's such a beautiful kitten and looks very healthy now. What a difference 2 months have made. :) When I adopted Storm he was very sick too and had a lot of parasites living on him. Here's a picture of Storm at about 1 years old and Pepper at about 12 weeks old. You can see them as they are now in my signature pictures.

Here's the first picture that I took of Sunny. He was 8 months old at the time. His newest pictures are also in my signature pictures.

And my how they grow... After: Taz- all black- is 11 months old and Rocky- tux- is 5 months old in this photo. I have a feeling Rocky will be bigger than Taz when its all said and done.

thanks tuxluver. i passed along your compliment to Rocky and he's busy giving the high-five to the pic of your kitty on the monitor. :D He's not modest.
Your gal is a doll. Is she your only tux- or is she a he? I hope Rocky will fill out and be as regal as yours. Taz has one white hair that grows out of his neck, so he's doing what he can to get dressed up:p

Those are great photos of your two cats! You should check out the Black and White thread under Cat Breeds and catch up on Tuxluvr's girl Ritzy and other black and white cats from Pet Talk. After you read the thread you may want to check out Bari D's black and white page(and maybe get your cats photos on there too!):) :D

Ritzy is a girl...and a spoiled rotten only cat/only pet household. She is like a shadow to us....really fun - I love the personality of these black and white beauties! I love all cats, but have a real soft spot for the tuxedos, male or female.

I agree!! Great pictures but I also love the backward version. Every windowsill needs a cat! ;)
