:(

Up until a few years ago, he would attend some home UCLA games.

But, his children decided that he would not be attending anymore games for one reason.

The reason?

Health? Transporting him? His frailty?

Nope, It was his inability to enjoy the game.

Why?

The people who would constantly come up to him and ask for autographs and photos-He always obliged everyone and his children noticed that he wasn't watching the games, for he was too busy signing and talking to the people.

Rest in Peace, Wizard.:(

99 years old - what a wonderful life . . . . .

John Wooden, who led his UCLA basketball team to an unsurpassed record of 10 national championships in the 1960s and 1970s, and who is often regarded as the greatest coach in American sports history
