She would like the potential adopter to be from either the San Jose or San Francisco area. If you live in the Northern CA area that would probably be fine too. She just wants some one fairly local in case the adoption doesn't work out so that he could be returned.

The actual rescue group is FOSMAS which is in San Martin,CA. Most of the foster homes are people that live in the Gilroy/Morgan Hill area. If you're really interested in him you could e-mail her but I really think that they want a more local home for him in case the adoption doesn't work out.
