I traveled when younger and loved it! Lifestyle just now does not permit any travel. :( I still want to see:

Greece

Australia

Alaska (in a warm weather time, please!)

Machu Picchu (sp?) or similar ruins

Pyramids of Egypt and the Nile, although in my research I could never find a weather time of year I could tolerate there, lol.

AND I want to return to Sicily, and perhaps move to Sedona AZ area.

They still make boats. With one of these cruises you can drive to 3 of you dream destinations. If you don't do tunnels, cruise to Hamburg instead of Southampton.

I can definitely relate to the budget thing. i have had to make all my trips Virtual thanks to Netflix and the internet. The last couple of nights I watched National Geographic DVD's on the Galapagos Islands. There are a lot of places that i wanted to see and now Thanks to HDTV i am able to travel there on my Home Theater..:D

Never been beyond our shores by boat or plane, even within them just to a few places across the border in England. So, once I've explored some more of my own beautiful Wales, had a look around the wonderful lands of Scotland & Ireland I'd very much like to visit the following places.

France
Canada, in particular to visit dearest slick.
America, from top to bottom, the ultimate road trip.
Australia
Israel
