Anyone Zumba?

I discovered this last week at my gym, its a lot of fun? Anyone else try it?

My gym is going to start Zumba classes soon. My sister is trying to get me to sign up with her, but I'm possibly the most uncoordinated person alive. I actually have to stop and think which is my right foot and which is my left.

My Niece Shannon does and loves it,tires her out before she goes to play floor hockey.

Had my first Zumba class last night. Fortunately I wasn't the only old fat person there. :D Good thing it wasn't "Dancing with the Stars," or I would have been voted off due to a complete inability to shimmy. But it was fun, and it must have been a good workout because I hurt all over today. :p

I went to a new class with a bunch of maniacs last night:D

The classes are crazy busy and crowded at my gym, I wish they would add some more on the weekends.

I don't do it hard enough to hurt after I guess I still baby my foot a little.
