Top 10 Reasons why it costs more to get your pet groomed - than your own haircut:

10. Your hairdresser doesn't wash and clean your rear end.
9. You don't go 8 weeks without washing or brushing your hair.
8. Your hairdresser doesn't give you a sanitary trim.
7. Your hairdresser doesn't clean your ears.
6. Your hairdresser doesn't remove the boogies from your eyes.
5. You sit still for your hairdresser.
4. Your haircut doesn't include a manicure or pedicure.
3. Your hairdresser only washes and cuts the hair on your head.
2. You don't bite or scratch your hairdresser.


And the #1 reason:

1. The liklihood of you pooping on your hairdresser is pretty slim.

LOL I plan to send that to my dad, as he has to get Buttons done several times a year, or if grandma spills something sticky on his head lol

I'll never forget the time dad said he found a green bean on Button's head LOL

I'll have to bring this with me tomorrow when I go for a long-overdue haircut. My hairdresser, no surprise, is an animal person, two dogs and an elderly kitty, so she will appreciate this!

THAT is priceless! I sent it to my Captain... he complains about the cost of having his dog groomed all the time! This is PERFECT!!

My three boys are at the vets now getting their haircuts. I took them all together because when they go at different times of the month the one who just got the cut is made fun of and is very self concious of his looks.
It takes a while for them to grow into their personalities again. Sometimes I think the more hair the more attitude, dude.

I got a response back from my Captain and he asked if I read his mind... He had JUST and made an appointment to have his dog groomed.. Wanted to know how I knew! LOL! I sent a email back and asked him if he understood now, why it costs so much...

I just hope he doesn't want to go to the dog groomer now, to get all that extra treatment that he's been missing!!! :eek: You should ask him if he feels slighted! :p:D

Well Jake got the shave, Kei Kei got a trim and big boy Boscoe they could not even get him out of the cage. Apperntly Mr. Fur and Tude was mean and gave them problems. I will take him back next week and we will try again.

Yeah... we have this hung on the wall at our groomshop... makes us laugh :) And serves as a GREAT explanation to customers why their dog get's shaved short for $40 :p
