THOSE are beautiful, Kirsten! I love the last one of the sparrow. Those purple flowers started growing here as well :) They're beautiful, I think they're called red maids.

OMG! Those are stunning!! I got excited when I saw this post and couldn't wait to see it.. I think these are by far some of the best close ups I have seen of flowers... HOW do you do that?

Absolutely amazing! I hope you don't mind but I had to make the Bee shot my wallpaper! I fool around a little with a camera but I am nowhere near that talented!

Your photos are beautiful - as always. I can't imagine anyone not liking them, as you stated in a different thread - and that they aren't good enough. Are those people blind?????:confused:

Hi Kirsten, What a treat to see your awesome pictures on this rainy morning here in Trenton! All are super, especially the one with the bee and the bird.
I very much look forward to your nature photography, always breath-taking. Your shots rival the best I've seen on Discovery channel and National Geographic.
Sending scritchies and lovies to Lily and Luna

Thanks a lot, glad you enjoyed them! :) So far, I didn't take any good photos with my 75-300mm lens, so I'm really happy about these, especially with the first three...

Anikaca77 and Trinityagain, of course I don't mind if you use them as a wallpaper! :)

Yeah, in that forum, they were like "I don't like them at all", and "her (Luna's) eyes are looking odd". Since it was my beloved girl they called "odd", I can tell you I wasn't amused!!

WOW! Love the bee at the crocuses. My crocus are open, but no way we have ANY bees around yet, much too early! LOL and snow in our forecast for tomorrow.

Those pics are lovely, you did well getting this camera, you excel at using it!

I, on the other hand, have a lot cheaper model and haven't explored 90% of it, lol.
