I just got back from that naming thing (Named a courthouse after my grandfather)..It was pretty neat. The speakers had a lot of nice things to say about him (my grandfather) I ment the current premier, and a lot of other people. I just keep thinking its amazing he was the premier - I guess I'm the bum of the family..lol..besides my bro ;]

Congratulations! My brother and I are the black sheep in our family too. All of my cousins are doctors and lawyers. But who has more fun? ;) Isn't your premier Bernard Lord? Or do I have that wrong?

I still have to talk to my dad, I don't live with my parents anylonger, due to moving away for college. I'm gonna try to call him tonight & ask him.

Its still cool news :)

Congratulations. It must have been a great feeling to have your grandfather recognized publicly like that. I'm glad for you.

No technicaly you were right, I jsut sort of simplified it I guess you could say...if we really wanted to I'm sure between all the Canadians on the board we could explain the whole government, but I don't think I can remember that much of social class it's been a couple of years ;) besides who really wants to know about a governer general is and stuff like that?

true enough, I could care less about how the government works & who's who, cause they change all the time
