Nice cup of tea, please, with lemon, as I am allergic to it in real life, and kinda miss that touch of spring it seems to add to plain black tea this time of year.

Best wishes to slick...it'll work out the way it is supposed to.

Although I miss the money, being under-employed gives me so much time for self-care, and friends and living my own life...any future work will have to be PHUNN for me to tackle it. :D

I'll have the coffee that Gayle put on. Hope your day is ok and you sleep soon.

It's re-hanging the darn thing that makes it a tough job!:mad:

It's the standing on the kitchen stool, looking up at the ceiling part of re-hanging the darned thing that causes the trouble for me. I'm always afraid of falling backward on my tuchis while i'm trying to replace the detector in the holder.

It's windy and rainy in Chicago today ... could I just have tea with lemon, please? No, wait, green tea, please, in honor of Saint Patrick's Day next week.

Count me in Maggie - cinnamon bun and coffee for this windy, rainy morning.

My troops were restless this a.m. too. They decided they needed to go out around 4 a.m., so I've been awake since then. Now that they've seen the nasty weather, I'll play h3ll getting them to go out again..........(sigh)

RICHARD, it's a wet, rainy, yech day in Cabot today.I can feel the dampness in my knee replacement and it aches a little. I don't have to worry about replacing the batteries in smoke detectors anymore, Concordia maintainence takes care of that, all I have to do is change my five clocks ahead! A BIG cup of coffee with Bailey's will taste great right about now!

We don't have many earthquakes out east. But in 1983, one day about 6 AM I felt this rumbling; I thought it was a truck. Turns out it was an earthquake, about 4.5. What a weird sensation!
