Need iPod Touch help again

I feel really stupid for asking but I can't remember how to put photos on my ipod. I've done it before and for the life of me I just can't seem to figure it out again. Somehow the only thing I have accomplished is deleting the ones I already had on there which has me upset. Help! How do I put pics and videos on my ipod?

You probably have iPhoto installed on your computer. You can create a new album with it, then you can go to iTunes and click the "Photos" tab and choose the album and sync it!

I have been messing with this all night. I am feeling very stupid and so frustrated. I don't see anything saying iPhoto on it. I've been reading instructions and I'm not getting anywhere with it.

Did you do a "search" on your own computer? Check the main volume, and look for a folder called "Applications" and iPhoto should be in there.
