My sister was walking her GSD today. On her walk out, she saw a GSD pup sitting on the ground, near a vacant house. On the return trip, it was still there. She ran her dog home and went back to investigate. She knew there was a problem. She saw that it had been hit. She got it into a carrier and took it to the vet. It turned out to be a horrific back break, and it has to be PTS. The vet said there was nothing that could be done. She stayed with the pup.

My sister's birthday is today. She is very, very sad. :(

Aww that is awful, but thankfully you sister was able to put this baby out of its suffering, i know she knows that, and it does not help much.

Give her a big hug from us all here and we know how sad she must be feeling.

RIP little precious one.

Sis will get her reward ... God never forgets.

Meanwhile, she has a full-time Guardian Angel on duty.

Oh man, how awful.:( Poor little pup.:( I am glad she was there to get
him some help, so he didn't have to suffer any more.

I'm sure my RB Buddy will welcome him at the Bridge.

That is heartbreaking, it truely is. I am so sorry that no one could save the poor baby. :( May he RIP.

Your sister will eventually realize she gave him the biggest gift of all, freedom from pain. She's a true hero.
