Oh my goodness! I hope you can stock up on provisions and snuggle up at home until it all gets cleared away.

They are forecasting rain and snow mixed in Anchorage, Alaska.
Please don't blame us for the cold weather. We're having a relatively mild winter so far.

Stay warm and safe!

I live in Vermont and yes we do have lots of snow here right now!
The storm you are talking about happened over last weekend, the roads are all nice and clear right now.:)

The record setting snowfall was measured at the airport which used to be Milly and Izzy's backyard before I adopted them last year.
They are both very happy that they have a warm, cozy, safe home here this winter.:)

Sasvermont also lives in Vermont and I think she mentioned the snowfall amount in Chris's thread with her snow pictures.
Snow in Vermont isn't that big a deal to us, we are used to getting lots of snow here every winter.

We have snow often, just usually not that much at one time. It was a light, fluffy snow. I had to work at 10:00 the morning after the big snow and made it to work on time, as did my co-worker. Yes, it was quite a bit of snow, but do-able for sure.

Needless to say, we have piles of snow everywhere. There aren't many cars in Vermont (or drivers), allowing us some room to slip and slide on the highways, and not hit anyone!:D

I live in a little more north than Vermontcat, but have just about the same snow forecasts.

We love it here!

Please don't change the title - I've never laughed this hard in a long time.

I'm about 1.5 hours south, and we got a whole lot of nothing. :( We did get a little bit, maybe 3-4 inches, but nothing major. Oh well, i'm sure we will by the time winter is over next May! :D
