I'm trying to distract myself and clean up some files along the way. I'm unsubscribing to all emails that involve buying something. Stores etc. Well for some kookie reason, Outlook has decided that I'm not allowed to click on a link to take me to another page. Like the unsubscribe button at the bottom emails  I haven't changed anything. It gives me a warning that : "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. See your systems administrator." I AM my systems administrator!
Any advice? I looked at the control panel and the set program access sections.
Thanks in advance.

Found these:

http://forums.techguy.org/web-email/255982-outlook-links-dont-work-emails.html

Open up Internet Explorer.
Click on TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS
Click on PROGRAMS tab
make sure you have E-Mail set to Outlook, ( outlook express ) whichever you use...
at the bottom, make sure there is a check box next to ' Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser '

Quit all programs that are running.
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK.
When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.
If this does not resolve the problem, repeat steps 2 through 4 for each of the following files (in step 3, replace Urlmon.dll with each of the file names below):
Shdocvw.dll
Msjava.dll
Actxprxy.dll
Oleaut32.dll
Mshtml.dll
Browseui.dll
Shell32.dll <--do this one ONLY if you are running Windows 2000 or XP

Reboot
Should all be fine now.....
