Foster wanted in British Columbia for two small dogs

Friend of mine has to go to Mexico (yes, HAS to!), and taking her two small dogs is expensive. She is trying to find a foster in Victoria or Vancouver.

She is leaving on the 28th...can anyone help? She can pay something, food for sure.
