You can bet he knew what he was doing as far as how he scared the onlookers. Post 9/11 you just DON'T DO stupid stuff like that anymore just for fun. He terrorized people and he should be treated as a terrorist.

I saw a story on this, this actually happend about a year ago and the pilot has since lost his licence.

Good thing too, what a jerk!
