This has probably already been posted here.

I know almost nothing about cats and was actually wondering, was this cat ticked off, or is this some kind of vocal play cats do? I don't like seeing animals getting aggressive with each other video taped and then used for laughs after! Maybe that's just me, though. =\

I have had cats for years, and this was just posturing. The orange cat was telling the other cat that this was their turf and they were top cat. The other cat was being submissive, so no fur was going to fly. Most likely this was two males and the orange one was letting the other one know who was boss of this piece of "turf". Yeah, this happens between cats quite often.

Cats do that once in a while just to show the other Cats whos boss!
Cats are not pack animals in nature and usually are loners , so they still want to mark thier space ,and let the other Cats know whats what!!
:cool::cool:
But when they are together for any length of time they usually are found in pairs and in piles!!

My cats posture and complain at each other from time to time. You can tell by the tone of the noise they are making if the fight is going to get ugly. Every cat is different and you learn how the personalties bounce off of each other with time and observation...at least with my three! :D
