Edwina does not like stormy weather. Instead of going down with her poppa for turkey this morning she got back into bed to curl up with me. (No turkey???  )

Then she went to the pile of bed pillows and made herself a fort.

I felt so sorry for her I left her some of the pillows when I made the bed!

Poor baby. I'm glad she had a nice nest to hide in. My Lilly hates storms, but the cats don't seem to mind them.

She looks almost brown in those pictures!!

Clever girl you are Edwina, you definately know where it's best to be!! Now, all you need is a thin cover, and you have a den! :D - and then, nobody will be able to find you! ;)

Edwina you look so sweet and cozy in your fort! My kitties like to snuggle up in the dirty laundry basket (stinky!), but there's only room for one at a time which sometimes leeds to disagreement about who's turn it is.
Hope the storm passed quickly so you could go and have your breakfast! :)

Aww she is so cute curled up there. My cats are afraid of them as well, but when it is just raining and Yum Yum is outside she will want to stay out there and play in the woods. :D

She looks so cozy and comfortable it's hard to believe she's hiding from the storm!! I just want to snuggle up next to her and go to sleep:)

Edwina you would get along great with my Luke. He hides under the throw I have on my recliner. He recently taught Chester that trick, resulting in a near miss for Chester because I didn't see him. I now look for the lump before I plop my rump. They hadn't hid all summer but then we hadn't had any storms or cool weather until now. I'm glad your mommy left you some pillows so you could be all comfy til the storm passed. Hope the sun is shinning on you now, sweetie.:)

Edwina is hiding some of the words on that pillow:
Cats are Children
