BOY!!!!!!!

I just KNEW baby was a boy! Rickie and I could not be more excited! :D:D He is absolutely beautifully PERFECT! :love:

He has all fingers and toes, HUGE feet and my nose:eek: Great beartbeat, and just one overall healthy boy! And such a show off too!

There is no denying he is a boy, and he def. wanted us to know it! He showed us his parts within 20 seconds of the ultrasound, and continued to do so the entire time. He also waved at us several times (and I have pictures to prove it) and sucked his thumb for us! SO CUTE:love:

How is it possible to be totally ridiculously in love with someone who you have never met? What a perfect little fella.

So Pet Talk, we have another BOY to add to the PT Family. I am all smiles!:D

His name is Wyatt Ryder Layne ----- MY SON!:love::love::love:





Wanted to add: I only gained 4 pounds (I thought 6) and the doctor said the only thing is I need to eat more. (hard when sick!)... And drink more water to prevent UTIs. I am on a new diet of 6 small meals a day -My New excuse to eat??? LOL:p

Wyatt is going to be awfully cute in all the girl cat outfits I had already bought for the baby! LOL Luckily Mary is having a girl so she will get them. You will be so jealous once I take pictures and show them to you! LOL I will probably save some back in case you do have a girl one day. Can't wait for your shower in November and to be an Aunt. I do have some real cute boy clothes too. You will have to wait until the shower to get them though.

Btw, our due dates are SO close!!! Mine is Jan. 16!

As for the weight gain, I think the doctors moniter the weight gain from the first prenatal appointment. My first appointment was on week 11, so I had already gained a little bit. My last appointment (which was the 2nd), the doctor said I had gained 1 pound, but if I consider the weight I gained from the beginning, it was more like 3 or 4. I think I've gained about 6 pounds total now since the beginning of pregnancy (according to my own scale), and I'm on week 18.

I don't think i have ever heard in words (lol),anyone soooo happy and so delighted at seeing their baby inside their tummy (waiting to to be loved by his mommy) before.

I know everyone gets so happy seeing their baby inside but the way you described him with such joy...is so wonderfully uplifting.

I accually was tearing with happiness for you when i read your opening thread.

I am sooooo happy for you.And I 'know' that you'll be a very loving mom to him.
