We got off yesterday and boy, were the girls glad to see me when I came in last night. It was a great "Welcome Home Meowmie!".. I had all 4 screaming at me so happy I was finally here again, even Boo got in her 2 cents worth of "MEEEEOWS" at me. The line had already started in the "get in Meowmies lap" line...

We had a wonderful trip out this time. Our Captain came back after being off for 7 1/2 months and we were so glad to have him back. It seemed this trip just flew by and was over before I knew it. I got this shot as we were leaving the boat yesterday.

WHAT was he doing all that time?

That is a very long story but he was taking care of matters at home that needed taking care of. It was a long drawn out ordeal that stressed him terriably but it paid off for him in the end.... during all that, his Mom was found to have cancer and is dying so he stressed over that. We were just so glad to have him back and he really needed the break from all of that stress by going back to work. He is so tore up about his Mom now.. :(

Gary, I swear, the Animal Angels DID indeed pay me several visits this trip, one night they were there all night keeping me entertained and making sure I was satisfied with all the kitty loving I could handle and get in all the petting I wanted so I wouldn't miss my babies so much. They visited me several times, checking in on me and saying "HELLO!" as they went about the business of attending to their Angel duties. We had really lovely visits and I want to thank you for sending them by to keep me company when I missed my own babies.
