http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cageysnooze.JPGFritz this morning snoozing in his cage.First of all ,I would like to thank beeniesmom for the title of this thread.Fritz was ready to go up when we did for bed last night,he went out first then went to my chair in the living room,was still there when we went to bed.A few monutes later,he heard a noise and was growling,so we took him to his cage,whined a bit ,soon quieted down.He had toast and cereal from both of us,had to have the dishes in the right spot to eat from.Spent time in the window and with Mom.I did some yardwork before going out to do lawns.Ours was the last one to do,Fritz was in the window,I had my lunch a Egg Salad Sandwich on the front step.We had Potato Salad,Devilled Egg and Caesar Salad for supper,Fritz had a little,after he ate all of his,had Custard for dessert,Fritz cleaned up both dishes.He grabbed his Monkey after supper and catrted it down her under the coffee table.He had to brought down here with meat,wanted me to give him his Monkey,too lazy to get it,now on the coffee table snoozing.Warm here today,79 feeling like 90,takes a lot out of me,had to rest between doing a neighbor's lawn and ours and during the time I did ours.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/rugnapper.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/earlysnacky.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/snoozebuddy.JPGFritz snoozing in ther barroom late Monday afternoon while Mom was out to pick up a few things,Fritz in the window this morning,eating toast,he was wagging his tail so fed him cereal first then the toast.He then went to Mom in her chair then behind the couch,he was down her under the coffee table while Mom was washing the floor,got a picture of that.He is now back upstairs,to him nobody should be going by the house,barks at everything.Last before bed,went to Mom's chair,came to my bedroom a little later and slept on the bedspread.At 20 to 6,he got up,shook himself then went and slwept with Mom.I had to go out to put garbage out,after ,coming in,he grabbed a coaster and was under the table with so got a piece of meat to get it back.Taking the day off from work,Marlene and Larry having their backyard fence repaired were there yeterday and today so can't do that,will have to wait until Thursday as I got a big one to do tomorrow and then we are taking my Aunt out to lunch at a Chinese restaurant for her birthday,this Mom's sister,she is 77.Another warm one today and the rest of the week,possible thunderstorm on Tthursday,maybe on Sunday also.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/boneytime1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/boneytime2.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/boneytime3.JPGFritz on the couch after being under the blanket,was begging for Iams bones.He had been making a bed under it and had the cushion on the floor,I put it back and he popped out from under the blanket.After this,he started begging for bones,also had water,had to put it in front of him on the coffee table.After coming up to bed last night,went to my chair inb the living room and a little later caqme my bedroom,slept on the bedspread first then was on the carpet this morning.This,Mom and I had to get the driceway cleaned off so my Uncle could could put driveway sealler on it.After a bit,Mom to me up to malrene's to cut the grass,she came back a hour later to get me.Had Salmon Sandwiches for lunch,Fritz had some wiht Mom,this after 10 this morning then came down was begging ,I hadn't ate it yet so went up and got it,he had some.Had thunderstorms go through,gave Fritz Gravol,then after this Mom smelled something,he had left a deposit in the hallway and it turend out later 3 other spots upstairs.We came down here after that ,he went under the table,was scratching so he wnet to his cage,didn't like it,turned music on,he quieted down.Later Wednesday morning while out cutting a lawn and saw this car with something weird on the roof,until it turned the corner and it was on of Google's cars with a camera mounted on it taking pictures,Mom had seen it also around our place,so you see our house on Google Streetview sometime.

Great pictures of our little man!! I'm so happy to see that little fluffy guy with the smiling face. That heat and those storms are really botherig you aren't they, buddy? It's terrible. I love the pic of you sitting up. Be a good boy and stay cool and safe from loud noises.:)

It is pretty hot there too. It's unbearably hot here. Took my Mom to St. Augustine yesterday. She enjoyed it. Really hot though. I hope Auntie Irene will have good reults with her surgery, Barry. Is it her knee or her hip? I'll say a prayer for her and Auntue Bev. I hope you enjoy the Anniversary dinner tonight.:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cageysnooze1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cageysnooze2.JPGFritz in his cage this morning.People here got an early start on the fireworks,Canada day isn't until; Wedmesday,didn't stop people from setting them off,almost 10:30 still going on,so we gae Fritz liquid Gravol and put him in his cage,he was quiet.He was failry quiet yeaterday,ws sleeping a lot,Mom thought he wasn't feeling well,turns out Mom was cross at him for barking a lot and he was sulking,he came out of it when he had his supper.The Anniversary dinner was good,I had Roast beef on a Bun and Casesar Salad, and a Greek dessert,it wa sput on by a Greek restaurant we go to a lot,Mom had Roast Beef and Salad, and a Greek dessert,each had a Chocolate milk,also white milk water,could also have Beer or Wine for $4.Couldn't very well bring anything home so had bacon treats the Aunties gave us.Showers and thunderstorms today,showers all week,Fritz won't like the thunderstorms,think he is in the window now,he had my cereal for breakfast.Fireworks will go on until Wednesday,Fritz will be down here in his cage sleeping.

That photo of Fritz sitting up on his rump in the chair is classic... he actually looks like he is laughing. I like the one on the coffee table shelf too. My Lucy does that, although she doesn't fit quite as well as Fritz. It is hard to be in a bad mood or get depressed when we see our pets ...well, being pets...if I had half my dog's energy and 10% of her contentment with life, I would be....well, I suppose I would be a dog. :)

It's the old fireworks isn't it buddy? Delilah can't come out for two seconds this time of year. She is so scared. I dread the days before and after the 4th. Be a good boy and stay safe form all that noise. You're a very cute guy. Delilah will say hello to you over the miles from her hiding spot.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cageysnooze3.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cageysnooze4.JPGFritz snoozing in his cage this morning.He was going to sleep in my room last night,was ready to sleep when fireworks started and we put him downstairs,had given him Gravol to settle down,he whined a little and soon quieted down.this morning found he left a couple of deposits upstairs,may have heard the fireworks there first.Some Bichons are born with a Apricot mark somewhere on them,Fritz's is on his back,didn't get a new camera.Fritz is having a liittle trouble jumping off the coffee table,he will jump off sideways instead of doing the normal way.Did a couple of lawns today,had Egg Salad Sandwich for lunch,so did Fritz,we had Ribs and Broccoli Salad for supper ,Ice Cream and Angel Food cake for dessert.Had a play with his Monkey after supper.When he sleeps in the corner of the kitchen,his head is in the air and resting in the corner off the floor,Mom wondered if he was alright,was using the corner as a pillow.Just before coming in here,he ahd grabbed a pair of my underwwear and went upstairs with,now on the coffee table resting,most likely for tomorrow big day with the Aunties,doesn't know this yet.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cagesnoozer1.JPGFritz snoozing in his cage yet again this monring.There were fireworks going off again so he had to sleep down here again,maybe one more night and the noise will be over with.He slept the whole time he was down here last night,after supper yesterday which was Cheeseburgers,he ahd a little and had his own before that,he had a play with this Monkey on his back throwing it,Mom throwing it and running to get it.He was whining a little when put in his cage last night,soon settled down.Fritz is now upstairs snoozing in the kitchen.I was tired myself,cleaned out weeds on theback patio,,North side of the house ,along the driveway and the front sidewalk,took 5 hours from 10 in the morning to about 3 in the afternoon.Happy July 4th to all my American friends,watch your pets when fireworks are going on.

What a noisy night we've had here!! Fritz, we feel your pain buddy. We hope it's all over tonight and no more loud noises after this. Some of the neighbors sounded like they were lighting firecrackers inside a metal barrel. It was ridiculous. Be a good boy and stay safe from loud booms, Fritzie!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cagesnoozer2.JPGFritz in his cage this morning,bed scrunched up ,using it as a pillow,there was a mat,but scratching at it and had made a mess of it a few days ago so Mom threw it out.There were fireworks again last night,he was outsiode before bed,I let him in,he took off down here and left a deposit,was scared.For supper yesterday ,I had a Sub,Mom had gone to help serve at an 80th Birthday party at church,Fritz had some,had Ice Cream for dessert,had some of his own.Had his water later,begged for bones,slept under the blanket and under the little couch.He went to own bed pretty quiet. I let him up this morning,he had a pair of underwear of mine from the laundry,I saw him with it,he dropped it.He went to Mom's and slept,just went up a few minutes ago to put him out,now in theliving room snoozing somewhere .Having Steak for supper and Baked Potatos,cooking Steak on the Barbecue.

Great news for you, Fritzie!! Not alot of fireworks here either. I guess people had to return to work and couldn't set off anymore. Delilah is still nervous. She takes days, sometimes it's the end of the summer, to get over the nervousness. You look really cute and really white, Fritzie. Be a good boy and have fun!!:)

Hi Buddy!!! Look at the cute boy. Another boo boo, Fritzie? Delilah acts very strange this time of year. She is always doing weird things because she's scared. Maybe you're still scared too and acting out of character. We know you're a very good boy.:)

Great pics, Barry!!! Good news about Auntie Irene. I will say some prayers for her and pray that she and Bev have the strength to get through this. I know Auntie Irene will need some help for a few weeks. Best wishes to both of them!!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/gettingup.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/lookyfella1.JPGFritz gettinhg up off my bedspread this morning and a little later in the window looking out.He slept on the bedspread all night,someone was shooting off fireworks last night,left over from last weekend,he didn't hear them.I got up at 20 to 7,he did after that and then went to Mom and under the pillow.Had Thunderstorms go through,he got some liquid Gravol before it started up,he was with Mom and started shaking so we put him in his bed where he barked and whined and scratched,but settled down.There might some later,possibility of it until 6,has done this up North at Larry and Marlene's cottage,doesn't seem to bother Taffy,she is probably going deaf.Had Bologna Sandwich with me for lunch,got right up on my lap.he is now in the window,had been in the kitchen,heard a dog being walked by.Having Corn on the Cob,will probably slice it off and it will be Corn off the Cob,also having Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.My Uncle's radiation treatments are going well,doesn't seem to be affecting him any ,another 34 to go,goes Monday to Friday most of the summer for it.

Barry, when my Mom and Sister had breast cancer, they both had radiation treatments every day for 6 weeks. They both did great until the end and they got real tired and weak. I hope they have new drugs to take care of that.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/earlyeater.JPGFritz this morning having my cereal in the window.Last night between 7 and 7:30 had a lot of rain ,wind and small hail,Fritz heard the hail hit the chimney,he didn't like it and left a deposit on the carpet and then under the coffee table and was scratching under there so put him in his cage until it died down.Finally let him out,had some water and a Iams bone,slept iunder the couch,then came up just after we did,Mom had meat for him put him out and he came to my bedroom ,slept on the bedspread,then went to Mom and put his head under the pillow around quarter after 6.He had his cereal,not cereal if had some from Mom,now in her chair upstairs.Had a few branches dowen,one form our tree ,one form a neighbor's in the middle of the road someone finally moved,other people walking by or in cars just left it there.A couple of times this week I have seen the International Space Station go by,last night at 20 to 10,it is in really low orbit and bright.To know if you can see it,go to www.spaceweather.com/flybys and type in your Zip Code and it gives the time for the flybys.Depends on the orbit,may not see it ,may see the Hubble Telescope instead.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/monkeywalk3.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/snazzyrest2.JPGFritz walking aroundd with his Monkey Sunday afternoon,went up and down the stairs looking for a place ot hide it,he ended up leaving it on Mom's bed.Fritz this morning laying on the bedspread.I had a Turkey TV dinner for supper,he had some,he did eat some of his own,had the play with his Monkey after supper.He came down here last night and spent time with me,went out once,then wanted up in the living room so let him up,he started barking ,wanted the curtain openm,he was sitting on the arm of my chair sat one point.I opened othem anfd was quiet.At 9:30,he barked to got out,.When I went to bed,he was on Mom's bed,snoozing with head on a blanket,About 5 minutes adfter I went to bed,he came in and slept on the bedspread,was hter until 7:30 this morning,went behind the couch when he got up.He was on Mom's bed when I went out to cut grass,had egg sandwich with me for lunch,Mom came home later this afternoon Fritz was happy to see her.My Uncle came over after that,Fritz grabbed a slipper of his and had it in the living room.He has had 4 or 5 bones,had water,has been under the blanket ,now under the couch.She had a good time at the cottage ,didn't rain,ome store they went to there as a dummy standing in a clothing store,Marlene bumped into it,said sorry,then realized it it was a dummy and not a real person,both got a laught out of it,I did tonight when Mom told me.

Fritz, there is no doubt that you knew Barry's computer was down for a month. You did your best to pose for some fantastic pictures so Barry would have great pics to post when he got back. You and Mom did a great job.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cageystretch.JPGFritz having a stretch after getting out of his cage this morning.He will sleep there until the scratching stops,hopefully when it cools off.He came upstairs after this and went to Mom then came to me and had my cereal..Fritz spent time in the window and then behind the couch ,barked T at a lady walking a dog ,I had to go get a neighbor's Shih Tzu,It had got out of an open gate ,I tried to pick it up ,it wouldn't let me .The dog then went back towards where it lived ,to the backyard of the house and I locked the gate.Mom phoned over to the house,the lady had just gone to work.Fritz had some Ham sandwich with me for lunch,had some muffin with Mom.He slept in the kitchen,Mom went early to gift shop for an afternoon shift.She came home early,we got a new dehumidifier and wanted to be here when when it arrived.I had Spaghetti for supper,Carrot cake for dessert,Fritz had some cake,hasn't ate his own supper for 3 days,last night had 6 Iams bones.Right now he is on the coffee table panting.

We had rain overnight too. First rain we've had in a long time too. It also rained today. I was glad. Everything is dry.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/nightflip.JPGFritz last night flipped over on the carpet.he started under the blanket then under the little couch then over to the cement ledge next to the stereo then onto the floor,started like this then layed on his side until we went to bed.I opened his cage at 6:25 ,didn't come for about and hour,had my cereal,nothing else,cuddled beside Mom,he was on her lap,her leg is bothering so he had to get off and lay beside her.Marlene doing fine,just taking it easy,resting a lot,Larry phoned ,he has a cold,he better stay away from Marlene,doesn't need that.Tonight is the Roast Beef dinner at the church,Mom and I are going Larry and Marlene are having theirs delivered to the house.Had rain last night and some wind,windy and cloudy today 55,doesn't feel 55.Fritz had a Bologna and Cheese sandwich with me,sits and begs like crazy for it,now in the window.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cozybeddy5.JPGFritz cozy in bed this morning.I thought I got up at 5 after 6,thought it looked a little bright for that time,looked at the clock in the kitchen and it was quarter after 7,my VCR clock is set to go back an hour at the end of October instead of November.I opened Fritz's cage,I got him out about 30 minutes ago with a piece aof wiener and he went out,now with Mom.Supper was good,Mom said her meat could have been cooked better for her liking.Also had Turnip,Squash,Baked Potato,Carrots,could have sour cream with it the Potato or gravy,buns and coleslaw.All kinds of Pie,I had Bumbleberry and Chocolate Pie Mom made.It was a continuous buffet that went from 4 to 7,over 225 people were there during that time.We have church this morning,I have a hockey game this afternoon,the finale of our So You Think You Can Dance is tonight at 9.Fritz had his own food before we went ,had Bones later on,snoozed on the carpet again and under the blanket.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/wakeyup4.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/shuteye.JPGFritz this morning when I opened his cage,later in the morning curled up in the living room snoozing.I was busy with leaves here yesterday,15 bags of leaves,most of which were not ours.Mom came out to help me,the leaves were in such big piles,I wasn't getting too far and i would have to dump them,Mom figured it was hard on the lawn mower,so she held the bag while I put them in,when there was less there,I did it with the mower.Neighbor across the street did a bit 5 bags,hard to tell,lawn is still covered,later in the week on Thursday it will be breezy,they will come over here.i did my sister's today,had to rake them,15 bags taking 2 and a half hours,Larry never looked at the lawn mower,would have been easier and not so hard on my back and arms doing it with that,hers is done,42 bags of leaves the last three time I did hers.Fritz wasn't long going to bed last night,came put a little after we did,went out and then into his cage.I opened his cage this morning,never came out for about an hour,didn't have breakfast,was behind the couch and in the window.Fritz had a cuddle with me this morning before I went to Marlene's,he had some Egg Sandwich and Squash Soup.Had Peameal Bacon and Scalloped Potatoes for supper,Fritz had a little and some Butterscotch Pie.had a little play with monkey after supper,cuddled again with me,has been in and out since then,is out again.Mom going to a church meeting ,he will stay upstairs.

Barry, that is a LOT of leaves! I hope you're not sore from all that work. Around here they schedule regular pick-ups during "leaf season" and when your street is scheduled, you rake the leaves out onto the curb in big piles and the street sweeper scoops it all up. Niece Shannon phoned ,husband Brian in hospital,had a operation in January,now a infection got in his bladder,had pout diabetes out of whack.Brian also got laid off from his job at a car dealership so not a good week for the family.

Such a relaxed boy that goes over on his back and sleeps with all fours in the air. You look like a little stuffie, cutie pie!! My daughter's Golden Retriever is famous for pulling out the unmentionables when guests arrive. She has gotten a locking hamper and he somehow figured out how to open it. He drags everything into the living room and he thinks it's his job.
Even when she had a roommate, he would drag his clothes out too. Another actor and entertainer.:)

I guess the neighbor is waiting for the breeze in the right direction so they don't have to worry about the leaves. :rolleyes:

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/couchynap8.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/cozydog1.JPGFritz snoozing on the couch last night and this morning in Mom's bed snoozing.He came right out of the cage this morning and went to Mom's bed for a nap.He came out after a few minutes,he checks out the toast and cereal,has my cereal first then Mom's toast then mine.Fritz cuddles with me in the chair for a bit,stayed there a long time,he just got a brushing from Mom,did a lot of snorting,he doesn't like Mom doing it.I go to a hockey game tonight,Mom going to help price things for the craft and bake sale at the church tomorrow.I get my haircut tomorrow,next week no good as it is time for our Santa Claus Parade which I will be at taking pictures,right now,there is to be showers that day ,hope that will change.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/1/1133242/flippytime.JPGFritz flipped over on Mom's bed Friday afternoon.We had French Fries for supper,he had some,not sure if he ate any of his.Mom had to go to price things for the Bake and Craft sale today,I went to the hockey game, just missed winning $96 in the 50/50 draw,a guy who bought 2 people before me won it.Fritz was in the window when I left,just before going ,he had to go out,so did that.Mom was home when I phoned her at 5 after 9,I think Fritz knew I phoned,he was waiting as you go into the rec room when I came down after getting home.He wnet to bed wiht no problem,Mom let him out around 6:30,didn't come up for a biut then he did and had our cereal and toast.Mom has gone to thew Bake and craft sale,I went to get my haircut,went and bought a new clock radio for my bedroom,other one I couldn't read at night.The sale goes to 2,she is bringing home Chili that is on sale there.Taffy will be coming for a couple of hours,Larry and Marlene going to a friends for dinner,she is doing pretty good,lost a little weight,gets tired easily.
