And Galileo!
Btw sorry for the grubby tank, it's stained. But he was only in there for a matter of 10 minutes whilst his usual tank was getting cleaned out.

Rupert is beautiful! I have heard rats make wonderful pets. I've always wanted one, but sadly my mom won't allow it. Galileo is so cool! I've never seen anything like him before, he's pretty neat. What kind of animal is he?

Welcome to PT!

Its great to see another rat owner on the forum. Rupert is a very cute little guy. :)
Neat looking Axolotl, too. I have always wanted one but have been unable to find one for sale in my area.

Please make sure that if you get another rat soon that you keep him quarantined for a minimum of 4-6 weeks in a separate household. Viruses such as SDA, Sendai etc. can spread very quickly, and even though the new rat may seem healthy it can carry something deadly. If it isn't possible to quarantine in a separate air space you can place the rat in another room on the other side of the house, making sure you wash hands and change clothes after handling each. Some people even go as far as showering. But, I know not everyone is that careful.

Your rat is very very cute, and so is your oxytle...or however you spell it.
