Thoughts for Maylynn, please?

Some of you may remember me talking about my grandma's dogs. Her oldest Maylynn (9) is quickly turning for the worse. Last year she was put on thyroid meds because she was overweight. Now, they are fighting to put weight on her because her liver and kidneys are failing. They are doing everything possible to help her but the outcome isn't promising. She's lost so much weight, doesn't seem to know where she is half the time, acts completely drunk.


My poor sweet grandmother is still mourning the loss of her husband, and now, to be losing her oldest dog. Maylynn is her girl. Please keep the both of them in your thoughts. Maybe something amazing will happen and spare my grandmother the grief of losing her girl.

I just got off the phone with my grandma. She had just returned from picking Maylynn up from the vets. She said she looks a tiny bit better, but the vet doesn't know how long that will last.

I'm getting ready to ride my bike over there to bring memaw lunch and hang out. She said she hadn't eaten and was crying when we hung up. :(
