No, we are not buying a mailing list!
My colleague and I are transitioning out of the computer company we have been working for.
The team leader and one of the founders is back in the USA, and has offered us the client database for a price.
We are countering with a different idea - but anyway, wanted a shortish type of document of agreement that we can adjust to our needs.
We want to save a lawyer too much red-penciling, and us money!
