Rescue Group in West Virginia? Tibetan Spaniel

There's a pretty Tibetan Spaniel girl, only 1 yr old, in the Nicholas County Animal Shelter in Summerville, West Virginia.
She's for adoption from there.
But that shelter says that it allows legitimate rescue groups to pull dogs for no cost.
So if anyone knows of a rescue group in West Virginia or thereabouts that might be interested in pulling this happy, good-natured girl, here's her pic & contact details for the shelter:

With the economy as it is, many rescues are only pulling dogs and cats at risk.
She is so happy in that photo!
