My mother took pity on her "babygirl" and made homemade chicken soup on Tuesday and we stopped on the way home that night to get it. (the pity was necessary because I had 2 fillings done on Monday and my jaw hurt like heck...and her "baby girl" turned 40 in December ) Anyway, I heated some up last night for dinner and Oatmeal had to come investigate what I was eating...he tasted a little bit of the broth and decided it was good. In the split second of innattention on my part, he stuck his paw in to get a better taste! I looked back in time to see him taking his paw back out...then he puts the paw down on my leg, and leaves a lovely paw shaped soup mark on the pants I wore to work! Mom is not a cat person and wouldn't see the amusement in this but I laughed myself silly....they are so good at taking advantage of those moments of innattention aren't they?

I bought some beef and chicken broth to make the Canned Cat Food easier to eat for My Senior Kittyzens , and it really makes the food a lot easier to digest for My Older Friends!!:love:

That just made me smile from ear to ear. My daughter has had kitty paws in her glass of milk if she lets it on the end table in our living room unattended.
