My email INBOX is SO weird!

I just checked my Control Panel, and MY time is set correctly, proper time zone, etc.

I sent someone an email; within about 15 minutes, she replied. Her message is timed 5 HOURS earlier!!!!

Now, if I could figure out how to "capture" this, I would go back to a younger age, lol! Meanwhile, any ideas what is happening with my IN box?

Oh, I do not use Outlook Express, I use the ISP's email, as I bounce between my laptop and my PC and I need to see email from either computer.

Thanks!

Maybe the clock on your friend's computer is inaccurate and needs to be reset.

Is she in a different time zone than you?

Yes, it is the clock on her machine that is set to the wrong time. I get nominations from all over the world, remember - and the time is always transmitted correctly, but if the sender's machine has the wrong date or time, the email shows it being sent, for example, on January 31 when it was actually sent (and received) on February 2nd, the person had just set their clock incorrectly.
