How to shrink a .wmv file???

I have a video that is short and hilarious that I want to post on PT.

It is a .wmv of 2.7MB. If I convert to mp3, it's 2.6; same with zipping it.

PT's limit is 2.1...so how do I shrink this to that size?

transfer it to a DVD and put it into a dryer on medium.

That's the way I shrunk a floppy I left in my pocket.

Hrm, never had to shrink a video before, but more than likely if you reduced the quality somehow it would shrink.
