One of the dogs I take care of is a terior poodle and it simply refuse to eat Iams dogfood yet I have a great deal on Iams dog food coupons. (http://www.dogfood-coupon.com/page/iams.com) On the other hand I have a chawawa poodle who loves Iams and refuses Pedigree. From this observation it is clear to me that there must be some distinction. I have also found a great deal on free Pedigree dog food coupons (http://www.dogfood-coupon.com/page/pedigree.com) so my terior poodle is happy but seriously who wants to buy two diferant kinds?

It isn't a question of breed, more an individual dog sort of thing! The stuff we humans do to please our pets, huh? ;)

Like Karen said it depends on the individual dog. You just have to test different food to see what your dog likes and what puts him in his best condition. I do have to add though that Iams and Pedigree are HORRIBLE foods! Try looking for a better food with no by-products, no corn, two or more sorces of protein. There is a lot to look for in a food. Not all well known dog foods are good dog foods.
