This saddle - do you think it'll sell for $200 with a saddle cover, leathers and irons? It's a 16.5" older collegiate close contact. That's all I know about it.

And secondly, they've dropped the price on this saddle to $300 - worth it now? It's a 17" Thoroubred Saddlery brand AP saddle.

I'm probably annoying you all with my saddle questions (lol), but THANKS!!

The first saddle is a replica of the one I sold this summer and I got $200.00 for it. The second saddle is well worth the $300.00 if everything under the flaps is in good order (stiching) and no cuts. I have one almost the same as that one, they're real comfy. This one looks like it's been well cared for, the bonus is that it's broken in...ha ha.

okay, that's nice to know :)

The stitching on one knee roll has come off a little, but the owner said it didn't affect it's use and they didn't even notice it until the previous owner (think old, old owner) pointed it out. haha lots of old owners there. But I only ride once a week, so it's not like this saddle has to stand up to an insane amount of wear and tear.
