Remember the wonderful couple who adopted both of Flutter's sisters? Well, the little black one is coming back. :(

I don't know the story yet, but when I last spoke with them this summer, one of the girls was having peeing issues. An email came through that the vet has her on something thats not effective.... so we'll see. She's being surrendered tomorrow. I fully intend to foster her again - even hubby said, "go get her!"

I'll let you know more when I know more!

Sigh.... and here I was just thinking of that sweet little blackie the other day.

I REMEMBER THAT LITTLE BLACK GIRL , AND IT WILL BE LIKE OLD TIMES TO HAVE HER COMING BACK TO YOU, AND HER SISTER FLUTTER.
I WONDER WHY SHE STARTED PEEING?
I HOPE THAT SHE DOESNT HAVE AN INFECTION AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF IT :(

How sad, especially after all this time! If there's good news here it's that the little kitty is returning to your loving care rather than going to a shelter or being abandoned. Flutter's sister will be in the best possible home. I see a very positive future for her. Thank you so much for helping this sweet kitty girl!
Please let us know how all this plays out?

One of Flutter's litter mates? Or Angel, the one with the broken front leg?

Gosh, how I hate returns. :( Isn't there anyone out there LOYAL to their pets even when things turn bad?

Let me know, when you know more. And maybe I might even see you tomorrow if you are coming by Petsmart.

Its one of her littermates, Pixie, who was known as Elfie when she was in the rescue. Oh how I wish it was Angel! I still miss that girl  but Pixie was a loving little girl who slept snuggled up to me at night. It hurt to give her up too. I can't seem to find any photos of her though :o

And yes you might see me tomorrow.... only I'm having a yard sale so I'm not sure what time I would be able to make it over.

I hope the "returners" have baby pics of Pixie. I couldn't find any either.

I found Flutter, though. :)

BTW - whatever DID happen with Angel's leg? And Nessa and Elfie - was one of them renamed Pixie?

Am cross-eyed from searching old threads...computer is a bit slow tonight.:)

So sad. I remember Elfie... she was named for one of the witches in Wicked, right?? I remember seeing a pic of her with her mouth wide open meowing, lol. That one has stuck in my head to this day.

I hope she'll be ok. I've got pee-ers here, but I wouldn't give them up because of it. I might want to at times, lol, but it isn't going to happen.

Nothing can pi$$ me off faster, pun intended, than coming home and smelling that acrid smell but give up the pee cats? Never! There are solutions, perhaps the first one didn't work but we have to keep on searching until we find the right one. I'm so sorry about the little sweetie coming back to you. You probably were thinking about her the other day because you were picking up on her signal that she was sending out to you. She remembers how much you loved her and took such good care of her and she knew on some level that her time there was limited. She'll be in good hands until you can find the right and permanent home for her. Don't despair; it was meant to be for her safety and for your peace of mind. We'll keep the prayers going from Ohio for all concerned. Keep the faythe.

How sad but I do understand peeing problems and the frustration that comes with that. Sometimes you have to make hard choices.
I'm trying not to judge because I am walking in those shoes right now. :(
