I hate to ask for more good vibes...

We have been trying to find a place of our own for a while. The whole roommate thing just isn't practical with a kid. Finding a place to rent has been difficult but we think we have found a place! We interview with the manager tomorow morning so please wish us luck!

This has got to be in the running of best reply ever. :D Thanks so much guys. So far so good...we have a veiwing of the property and we're paying part of our deposits tomorrow...barring anything negitive coming back on a background check we're in!
