Decker is an interesting cat. We laugh and call him cave cat as in caveman because he seems a bit slow and things he doesn't understand frighten him. Anyway, one of the cat beds flipped upside down, well this just freaked him out and he snuck up on it and then touched it with is paw about 50 times before he decided it wasn't going to get him. The next thing I knew he was asleep on top of it. When I finally turned it right side up a day later I found him just sitting and staring at it but he wouldn't get in it so I turned upside down again and he jumped on top and went to sleep.

Now when you can't find Decker just go to the office and look on his "special" bed.

BTW, his nickname is Ted. Long story but at first we called him Decker Boy which was shortened to D-Boo, then D-Boo Ted and then just Ted or Decker Ted. Sometimes he even gets called "Special Ted" as in "Special Ed".:p

I think it's funny when cats touch something repeated, my cat's don't do it 50 times but sometimes too many.

Those pictures were very cute.

Aww, that is SO sweet, and I'm sitting here giggling! :D You know, Fister would probably react in a similar way. ;)

How funny! If Ripley walked by, he'd probably say to Ted, it's 5 times, not 50! Get it straight! LOL :)

I HAVE HAD FOUND CATS WHO LIKE DECKER TED ARE NOT AS FAST ON THE UPTAKE AS THE OTHER CATS .
I WAS CONSIDERED A BIT BACKWARDS WHEN I WAS A LAS AND SCHOOL WAS MORE COMPETITIVE, BUT IT WAS MORE SHYNESS THAN LACK OF INTELLIGENCE, I HOPE.
I HAVE A SOFT SPOT FOR THESE CATS, AS IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY ARE EXTRA LOVING AND AFFECTIONATE AND YOUR DECKER TED HAS THE LOOK OF A REAL LOVE:love::love: BUG :love::love:

How sweet are those pictures!?! Decker sure is a cutie!

Sasha does something similiar with the ottoman for my glider rocker. I put a blanket on it, and there is some fringe that hangs from the blanket. She will walk oh so slowly up to the fringe, and touch it, very gingerly, over and over. It is hysterical! Sometimes, when she is doing that, I touch the ottoman with my foot, make it move and watch her jump several feet in the air! I am so mean! :D;);)
