Corkscrew is a Domestic shorthair (mixed breed) orange tabby. Tibby I'm not sure if she's going to be a long hair or a medium hair, I've never had a long hair cat so I'm not sure how fluffy they are as kittens. And she's a siamese mix, a blue mitted lnyx point.

Noah is an orange tabby/maine coone

Noel is a short haired tortie

Basil is a little black kitten...but with his new white fur popping up everywhere, we may have a tuxy in a few months. :)

Well, I ALWAYS have problems uploading images to Imagestation  and not only that! I tried to buy a digital camera from them and they emailed that they couldn't because they only have to acces to US bank accounts. What are de credit cards for , but found some days later the charge on my account from them  although refound later created a bank's expense of 35 $ for nothing!!!
We bought it from Amazon.com.They are the best! The camera should be send inside the US, it was a present, so nothing illigal was involved in it.

Will post as a attachement,it's time to go to bed...

I have three male cats. Storm is a blue DLH cat. He may have some Maine Coon in him because when I was at a cat show their was a blue Maine Coon that looked almost identical to him. Pepper is a black DLH with a little bit of white on his belly. Sunny is half abyssinian and half tabby. He's orange and white. You can see their pictures in my signature. BTW everyone's pictures are great and your cats are gorgeous. This is a great thread. :)

I am sooo mad that I still haven't figured out the posting of pictures, cause then I could tell you how beautiful my herd is...they (all six) are Tuxedo cats....two short haired, three medium haired and one lllooonnng haired!!! While I have a special 'thing' for what my family calls the Dominoes....I really enjoyed seeing another close up of Fister (is he a male model, I wonder?) and CC's....the one of Rudie sitting next to the flower pots, what a regal pose.

Since I can't post pictures yet, just know my kitties are sooo adorable.:D

Hi everyone, I'm new. I just got a new kitten for my birthday, and when my husband first handed him to me, I thought he was just a normal orange tabby DSH. But then I got a good look at him and it turns out he's not striped like a tabby, he's spotted. I don't know if maybe he's some strange mix or something, but he's really cute! I've never seen a spotted cat besides an ocicat (and a bengal I think?) I wish I had a picture of him, but I'm at work (don't tell my boss! :D ) and I don't have it here. Has anyone seen an orange spotted cat before?

I think your cat could have some Bengal or Ocicat in him because they are both spotted. Baxter is 3/4 Bengal anf 1/4 Manx. His mother was 1/2 Bengal & 1/2 Manx. His father is all Bengal which is full blooded uncles Yuri and Tigger live with him.

Can I just say thank you for being so polite?

Yesterday I joined a group about bengals, I figured I'd post a picture and see what they thought. The first person to respond to my post said fat chance of finding a bengal in a pet store. The second repremanded me for getting a pet store cat rather than going to the shelter or a breeder (because, you know, I had a say in where my birthday gift was purchased from...) Real sweet. So I left the group. I wasn't even there a full day.

So thanks again for answering my question so nicely!

Those people sounded rude. You get a cat where you get a cat. And it's nobodies business. I didn't know what a Bengal was until I was cat sitter for a friend. Try CAT FANCY magizine. In the back there are listing of breeders. That is a good place to start.:)

This is Buggeara and he's a polydactyl, which means a larger amount of toes than normal. He has 7 toes on both his front paws. His grandmother had 7 toes on both front and back paws for a total of 28 toes. This is caused by a mutant gene, and is not considered a defect. They are very normal cats that live very normal lives...now the furniture is a different story!

The top picture is when he was 4 weeks old, and the bottom is when he turned 4yrs old.

I see nobody has been able to help you here. Sorry. I'm very new to all this, but my suggestion is, you just do two posts, one for each of your kitties (unless you have a picture of them both together, like my girls?) Unless you can condense both pictures into one file. Sorry, I'm not up to speed with the finer points of all this. Just post twice, we'd love to see them! Did you check out my girls yet?Not the most flattering pic, the harsh Aussie sun drains out their colours/markings, Cleo has a much darker mask than in the pic. I don't have a digi-cam or anything that will do close-ups.
There is someone on the forum that does sigs and avatars for people if you send him your pics. I'll check out the thread for you and post again.:) TopCat3

Hi reikiessence, I was wondering how to do the same thing this morning. I finally just taped the two pictures together(to keep the alined) and scanned both at the same time, as you can see in my post above.

'I hope this is the info that your looking for and will help...

1. put mouse on the picture you have selected

2.Right click on the picture and in the box that appears, you will left click on "copy"(the box will disappear then)

3. You can then go to website where you are posting and want to upload picture.

4. Choose the spot on the post where you want the picture to go and Right click again. The box will appear and left click on "paste"

Your picture should then be on post where you wanted it to go. Caution-some boards have a size limit and wont allow it if it's too big. If this happens, select your photo editor from your down-drop menu, then select a photo editing program to downsize your photo. Then click "send now"

I hope this makes sence to you and it works. If not I'll ask my husband for all his info he can find.

Good Luck!

Hi I LOVE PETS,
If you look back on page 5 on this thread, I've got a black and white picture of my Emma. She's pure white and has green eyes as do all my cats except Oliver(his are orange of course) Emma's mother was a Calico Polydactyl, her sister is a Tortoise Shell, and her brother Bob is a long haired, black with white tuxedo cat, and her other brother is a short haired gray tabby...all from the same litter. Your cat is probably a "Domesticated Long Hair", or not any sort of breed, just a mixture. But a picture would be nice so we could see for sure.

I've seen this picture before and this is a Maine Coon cat. They get very large and they're called the gentle giants. They're personalities are very dog like.:)

The kitten in my signature picture is a flamepoint siamese mix and it will take about 2 years before all of his orange points come out completely.:) He's back with his foster mom due to ringworm but is doing well so I'll hopefully be able to bring him home in a month or so.

Now I have Storm who is 9 1/2 years old and he's a Russian Blue colored DLH with the most gorgeous light green eyes.

0I just love siamese cats and your flame point is so neat. Hope he is able to come home soon. I can tell by the pictures that he has already created a good bond with you. You will find that with siamese cats they are VERY loyal to their humans. I found that with Pricilla and Chloe. They always have to be around you and follow you everywhere. That is why I love the breed so much.
Good luck with him

The easiest way to put pics up is to use image tags. Simply type [*IMG]before your pictures url and [/IMG] after. But make sure you remove the *. It is not needed and I used it to show you the code.

I have 4 kitties. I had to put one to sleep in September 2005. She was 15 and I got her when she was 8 weeks. She had cancerous tumors in her leg and near her splene. She was my fav kitty. She was so affectionate. The next oldest kitty is an independent male kitty. He lives outside mainly. He comes in and eats and sleeps. Graycie came from a farm. She loves the outdoors too - when its not too cold. She is a sweetie when she wants to be. I have two kitties that are almost 6 months. I got them at 7 and 8 weeks. They are so cute. They both have blue eyes and are siamese mix. Gabby is a lap (shoulder cat). She wants lots of attention. Abby is more independent - unless she is hungry then she will cuddle and want attention. They are so much fun - playing all the time. They make the older kitties more playful.

Dear Alycat
Your cats are gorgeous. Gabby reminds me of my Cleo (lilac lynx point) with her rounded teddy-bear face and Abby is more like my Colette, who is a blue point with a more pointy face. Colette is younger and helps Cleo to stay playful and youthful. Best wishes from the TopCats 1,2 & 3 (I'm the third 'cos that's my place in line!!!)

Hi

Your bengals are beautiful. I just got a 12 week old tabby / bengal mix. She has made herself at home as soon as I brought her home. She is a sweetie. My 7 month old siamese mix loves her. They got along from the moment she stepped foot in the house. They chase each other all over. My other 7 month old and my two other cats just hiss at her. They will be fine in a few days. They wouldnt hurt her at least. They will all be one big happy family soon enough.

URAngel, I totally agree - your Bengals are precious! TopCat3, I love this Albert Schweitzer quote. I had it in my signature for a little while.

Now, back to the subject. Cassie Cat's shelter paperwork says she is a grey tabby, domestic medium hair. If you go to post #87 of this thread, and look at Krazyaboutkatz's Storm, that's kind of what Cassie looks like, only I wish she was that chubby because she's quite the fussy eater.
