Well it was costing almost a 100 a bag to feed the dogs Innova so I went back to the food analysis site and chose Timber Wolf:

Wilderness blend.

I also have my siamese kittens on Taste of the Wild:

Rocky Mountian feline formula with roasted venision and smoked Salmon

All seem to be doing great on it. Even the switch over there was no sign of problems like soft stools or anything. One thing I like about the dog food is it seems to make the stool(what little there is of it) have very little smell. Seems like a small issue but when you use a potty pen it helps.

I really didn't want to switch from Innova but these foods are suppose to be just as good and they seem to be doing just as well if not better on them.

I recently found Taste of the Wild at a local store that only stocks brands not found in stores. My cats really like it! :D

Timberwolf recently had some dog food products recalled. Try googling it. It was the fish receipe and bison er buffalo recipe, if I remember correctly.

Is the food supposed to be healthier? I have a fat cat, do they have product that will help a cat lose weight and be more healthy?

Timberwolf was a really great food but i think they switched their formula or something like that and now it's now as great of a food but it's still obviously far above most foods on the market

My dogs eat the Taste of the Wild Pacific stream formula(i think its called) and they have been doing well on it but i just picked up a bag of Fromm Chicekn formula and am going to see how they do on that...their the same price but I think Fromm is a little better quality food
