We saved it from our pool, and as it was drying, it just sat wherever I put it. I put him/her in a sunny spot inside the screened area to dry. Hopefully he/she will live. I'm going to go out in a couple minutes to release it.

How very cool!!! Boomer would have probably had it eaten in two seconds or he would have been scared to death of it....one or the other!!! Loved the pictures...hope the butterfly was okay!

These are the most beautiful photos I've seen in a long time. Your pups are the most patient sweeties.

Thank you so much for posting these.

you really sem like a creature whisperer... ;)...

how in the world do you always get the lizard, bug, butterfly, dog to pose sooo pretty... amazing pics!!

love the face on Nala once you took it off... how dissapointed.. LOL...

and I loooooove how Simba has it right in his mouth/nose!!.. AMAZING!!

mine would have chopmed zillion years ago...

side note: I thought Queeq would be different as I thought had no prey drive.. yeah right.. tha other day she was carrying around a grasshopper.. and ran from me everytime I was near to get him off of her mouth.. silly girl... donīt worry he lived and jumped away as far as he could once released...

Wow, the clarity of your photos is awesome! I too love Nala's face in the pic without the butterfly. Simba is such a good boy, he'll do whatever you want him to. :)

I think Nala has the same collar as Zoee. :)

Those are beautiful photos, Kay! What good pups. :) I hope the butterfly made it ok. Any chance for some Mufasa and Kiara pics too?

Aw, I miss these puppies so much (and you too). I wish I had gas monies.

The photos are so nice. I like the second one of Nala a lot.

Great pictures, Kay. Both the ones of Nala and Simba are so awesome in quality. You get your dogs to do things mine would never do in a million years.

I am at a rare loss for words over those pictures. I went outside this morning and saw so many gorgeous butterflies. There are so many. To capture one that closely with those two precious dogs, I'm simply in awe. Unbelievable, Kay.

Wow, those are amazing photos. People probably would think they were photoshopped but if they "knew" those two they'd know otherwise. That's an amazing group of pictures Kay. Your dogs are so behaved. What a kind act to save the little butterfly :)
