Hi - just wanted some feedback on whether there is a better way to word these. I will get them vetted by a lawyer (wonder how much THAT will cost!), but just for clarity, would appreciate input.

Thanks!:)

I don't know about wording, but you don't need the comma in that sentence.

THE REAL TROUBLE IS THAT WHEN SOME PEOPLE GET A KITTEN OR A PUPPY, THAT ALLS WELL, BUT PEOPLE TODAY ARE ATTENTION DEFICENT, AND TIRE OF THINGS QUICKLY, AND DONT WANT ANYTHING THAT THEY AHVE TO WORK ON.
I WISH YOU LUCK , AND AT LEAST IF THEY READ THAT DOCUMENT, THAT TEY WONT TAKE IN A PET WHO REQUIRES LOVE, AND A MATURE GUARDIAN TO WATCH OUT FOR THEM.
