This year marks Pittsburgh's 250 year existence as a fort, a village, a town, and as a major city. I don't think the city looks more than 230 years old myself! There have been various celebrations so far and more to come. We are PITTSBURGH proud!

As a former Pittsburghanite ~ from Mt. Lebanon (Mahnt Lebo, in da Sauth Hills) ~
I miss all the 'events' da Burghers use to organize a Partee ... never seems to take too much
before folks can *pop the tops* on a few brews and be happy!

Happie Birfday to my Olde Home Towne!! :D

When I first moved to Ohio, I got made fun of all the time because of my Pgh. accent.
