Swimming with Nebo, Keva, Lady, and Vash <pics>

Sorry for so many picture threads! I'm just now getting all my pics from June uploaded. These are from a couple of times we took the dogs swimming. The corgi (Vash) and german shorthair (Lady) are my friend's dogs.

First we went to Silver Lake. It was fairly late and the water was cold so they didn't do much swimming.

We took them another day to a pond, it was in the high 90's so they actually wanted to swim

Lady got loose and spent the next half hour or more doing this...she refused to get out, I'm not sure how she had the energy to keep going! Oh, and no she never caught a duck or really came close to catching one either, don't worry!

Gosh Amy, you live in an aboslutly breath-taking area of Utah! The pictures are fabulous! I wish the area I lived in was this beautiful! The dogs are gorgeous, as always! Looks like everyone had a blast!

Once again, great pictures, Amy! What beautiful scenery and such great dogs. Vash loooks a lot like Tucker although I still think Tucker is papillon and jack russell.

Gorgeous pictures, Amy! You know I say that so much it starts to sound insincere, but I just don't know what else to call them. Gorgeous! Vash is adorable. I really like corgis. :) And I, too, had to laugh at Lady swimming after the ducks. I am glad that she didn't catch any, and that she didn't find that she was too tired to swim back.

They only swim if the water is not too cold :rolleyes: (yes, too cold for the dogs who would lay outside in the snow until they were covered) and its really hot out. They LOVED swimming in Florida because it was hot and the water was warm. Usually in the mountains they'll just wade and splash in the water, not swim, because that water is really cold.
