First off no pics YET! I want them to settle down and well my batteries died so they are re-charging.

Jo arrived at my door with the two little big girls just a little less then an hour ago. They are in their new home now and they seem to like it.

The beige berk girl is really adventurous but she also really sweet and gentle I have already gotten some kisses. The black berk is a little more shy but she is also sweet. So far they seem to be really awesome!! I am glad that they are finally here though! =)

Yes they should be moving in with the FN girls is everything goes well. They were in a cage with 5 other girls so they are used to bigger crowds anyways. I will try for pics tomorrow.

Wow, the hams got a nice upgrade in living quarters. :] I bet they appreciate it. They are so cute! I love how cubby hamsters look.

No names yet for the new girls? Either way, they are adorable. I love how content they look in their green tube. My Garber sleeps squished into his purple tube. I still can't believe that he is comfortable, but he refuses to sleep anywhere else. Those new girls of yours are so lucky I am not their new mum. I would be constantly cuddling with them. I think my rats see me as a pest. Hehe. =D


I might be able to manage some pictures soon. I will make a massive thread of everyone.... maybe. ;]

one question about the hamsters: is it ok to put the two cages close together like that? I have been thinking about getting another hamster but the girl at the petshop said they will turn nasty towards me if the can smell another hamster in the room :(

There cages are in different rooms. ;) They have two habitrails each.

But in my bedroom I have 3 syrians and 2 dwarfs hamsters along with four rats and two gerbils. I do my best to keep all of the cages about 2-3 feet apart. It is stressful to keep them close together but they should be alright in the same room. Just don't put them together. ;)

No names yet hehe I just haven't found any that fit.
