There are ALOT of things that go on at Petco that are so horrific, I can't mention them (IF you know what I mean). That's one of the reasons I left.

WHY don't they care about their own business enough to run it on the up and up? It is NOT that hard to do! This is disgusting, thank Goodness I don't shop there!

This is horrible. I'm so glad that I don't shop here. I've found that their prices are just too high.

Oh, ILoveMyAbbyGirl, please don't feel bad. You have the job because you need to earn your living. And you do NOT set the policies of the company.

Whenever we get Reggie something, we go to Petsmart :).

Not to defend Petco, but they just happened to make the hit list and get it announced publicly. I've been in plenty of warehouses for human as well as pet food and have seen plenty of little critters running around; don't be fooled into thinking that it's much different in every other warehouse / DC. Distribution Centers are tough buildings to keep pests out of. I've been in the Petco's Mira Loma, CA warehouse and it was clean as can be.

Things also change store to store. I've seen terrible Petco's and awesome Petcos, just like good and bad Petsmarts, Feed Stores, Targets, Wal-Marts... For every good there is bound to be a bad.
