Alright, first off I'd like to say sorry that I have not been around at all in a LONG time. I've been very busy with school these last 7 months or so. Summer vacation is finally here, so I have some time off, so hopefully I will be able to check in more often!!

Secondly, I'd like to add that Autumn and Maggie are doing great. This is there first summer in Arizona, and needless to say its a LOT different than Minnesota! But, in about a month or so we will be making a move back to Minnesota. It hasn't worked out living here, so the girls will get to go back home.

And last but certainly not least, I'd like to introduce Holly. :) The people I work for up at a ranch bred their purebred English Pointer (mother) and purebred Catahoula Leopard Dog. Both parents are working cow dogs, the mother is also a bird dog. When the pups were born about 6 weeks ago, I looked at them all and picked out one that I thought was cute. I didn't plan on it, but I ended up bringing her home today. All the other puppies, except for 3 (which they decided to keep) already have their homes on big ranches. I got Holly her shots this morning, and introduced her to Autumn and Maggie about an hour ago. Neither of the other girls mind her at all, they just sniffed her and walked away. What a relief, I wasn't sure how they were going to react. Anyways, on with the pictures. They aren't too good, so I will post more in the next few days. :)

She is sooooooo cute! I love those little long puppy legs...I wish Boomer would have sat and watched Cassie when we brought him home...he just wanted to play and jump on her which she didn't like at all! I'm glad all of the dogs are getting along. I'm new to PT, so I'm glad to meet you. I have a soon to be 14 year old Dalmatian and a 4 month old springer. Holly is just a doll! I LOVE pictures of baby pups sleeping!!! She is going to grow up to be a beautiful dog!

I'm glad everythings goin well! It's sooo good to have you back! I know I've missed you and those pups! Oh, yeah, some advice! I have a little tip on training (that I actually need to do!:o) Remember to be consistant with her training!;)

Sarah, thank you. :) I'm gonna work hard with her :) I wasn't very consistant with Autumn when I trained her, and she is just now starting to listen very well, its been 3 years since I got her. :o

Some questions I have at the moment...

-How old before she can have her first bath?
-Crate training?? How? What if she hates the crate?
-Holly freaks out whenever I'm not in her sight or if she can't get to me, is this going to turn into a problem or is it just her being comfortable most around me?

I saw her in your siggie in Orangutango's thread, so I had to come looking. I am surprised. But good for you. :) She is cute, and she sure does have long legs. :) I am glad the girls like her, and I am happy to get a brief glance at that pretty Autumn girl.

Yes I was very upset about moving to AZ but I now have mixed feelings, i could honestly care less what happens but im excited to go home.

I want Holly to like her kennel too. When holly has to go out to do her business she always wines. (shes only had one accident in the house so far, and that was during her introduction to the other girls) I cant tell when she is whining because she doesnt want to be in the crate, or if she has to go out...?

Autumn is taking so well to her. They were both playing together earlier. Maggie on the other hand isn't mean to her, but if holly tries to drink at the same time or tries to play with her, Maggie growls at her. I honestly thought if there was going to be a problem, it was going to be with Autumn, because she's the dominant one around her, but I'm glad its going as well as it is.

You will figure things out with the crate.;) When I got Jake I thought Layla would just kill him, now they're best buddies!:) Maggie will come along, just be careful and heed her warnings to the puppy. You're gonna be busy, but puppies are fun!:D
