I went to this SPCA on Saturday to donate some cat food.

I found two super sweet cats that I'd love to take but just can't.

I am going to be contacting new stations around here to advertise that they need HELP now.

I also saw a sign on the door that says they are now requesting surrender fees.

It just breaks my heart because I'm sure there are going to be a lot of animals now that will be set free instead of having homes found for them.
