We have a ton of rain overnight and this morning we are having showers. Pretty well everything had a mist over it. I decided I would wander out and take a few photos. It was a very grey light but with the rain the flowers were 'alive' with color. Here are 6 I took of many.

Thanks you guys. :) I am glad you enjoyed them.

I have to admit I think the people around thought I was nuts out with a camera taking photos in the drizzly rain. LOL One elderly lady seen me from across the street and called to me to ask 'WHAT are you doing?' I told her I was taking a few photos of flowers. She then promptly replied ' My son has some beautiful flowers growing in his garden. Just go around the corner and they are on the far end of this same house.' She seemed quite excited actually and asked me to come back and let her see when I was done.

So I came home and printed some samples for her (I just put together one sheet with several photos) and brought them to her. She wants to show them to her son and see if he wanted any of them. She said but I want THIS ONE...can you make it bigger. LOL She was a really sweet lady so I told her I would do that for her and I will go tomorrow to find a elegant but simple frame for it.

I need to start charging a little something for the photos people want though. Even if it just covers the cost of my photo paper and ink.

Thanks again you guys.
