I'd never heard of these until the "Zazou is missing again" post but I'm looking for one that's a pretty good price and that I can use Paypal on. I'm only finding them at a little more than $30 with shipping...is there a better price out there? I only need the standard size...which I find hard to believe but standard measurements even cover my Tubby...I mean Toby.:D

There is a seller on ebay that sells them for $19.99 (they prefer paypal) not sure what the shipping is though. I can't imagine shipping within the US being $10 or more though.
