There'll be a few posts of pics...no matter what awaits at the office, the drive there is worth it! :)

Looking back at the driveway I just pulled out of:

Looking ahead, taking the first right turn after the brown house (you can only turn right, as it is...a mere 1/2 block away)

And here is the right turn, looking north towards Glenbow Drive

West on the drive

Still on the drive, Hwy 22 just a couple blocks away

Just turning off the drive, and looking north on 22 towards 1A

Hwy 1A West - no way was I stopping at the intersection of 22 and 1A to take pics...it's a bit nuts there!

Further west on 1A - heading for Road 40(it's a highway too...secondary)

And as I go along 1A, the mountains make an appearance. :)

I turn right on Secondary 40, and take a shot of Hwy 1A continuing along

Now really north on 40...up a wee hill...can't go over 3rd gear, though! :D

How far do you have to drive to work? It is a nice scenic trip.. Don't you love it where it is a pretty scenic ride!!

Couple of trips back, my Captain and I were going from Vicksburg to Natches to catch the boat on Highway 61 and the view was breath taking. Wouldn't you know my camera was in packed in my suitcase in the trunk!

Sure does seem like a nice ride! Not too much traffic; what do you use for an excuse when you are late? :D

Are those the Canadian Rockies? Very pretty!

Reminds me a lot of our view from Denver everyday! :)

Wow, that's so pretty!! I would love if my commute to work was like that. Mine is mostly stores, I-95, mcdonald's, pool store, burger kings, etc. Not very scenic. But you are so lucky to have such a beautiful commute! I'd LOVE that. It must be pretty on even the most rainy days. Thanks for sharing those breath-taking veiws, especially with that pretty blue sky. :D

you work in the middle of NOWHERE!?!?! And no one else uses the road?!?!?! Quite a contrast to living in the city, as I do. ;)

How far of a drive is it? (and does it ever turn GREEN?) :D

Quite a contrast to living in the city, as I do. ;)

Or the suburbs as I do....although it brings back memories of how the roads used to be ......40 years ago!

With scenery like that I very much doubt I would ever get to work ;)
